Within Report Editor we have made some PDF automation changes – we have removed the  [Refresh Report] button. The PDF will auto update if changes are made to data when the [Report Layout] is selected.

A screen message will appear to the user  "Generating Report" when PDF is updating.

PDF will be re-generated after any change (and after pressing ‘report variation’ for C/O). The buttons in [Upload + Send] will function more responsively

[Notifications] - if there is an email address in the [optional email] field, to ensure that any [job update notifications] are sent to that email address.

[Jobs] We have now created a new field on the job screen for [Date job created], which is in addition to this being noted in the audit trail. This field is non-editable and will appear when the job is saved.

[Jobs] Setting up a new job - when selecting to copy from a previous job, there are more selections to copy data and photos, by way of tick new tick boxes.

[Jobs] when a new job is created for a [Room Only] and [Single Room] is selected.

When ‘Default rooms’ are created, we have corrected so the template is set up with just a Bedroom and Bathroom

[Jobs] If jobs are added or migrated from V1 with no [requested date] or [appointment date], those jobs  must go to the top of the jobs list for immediate attention
