Once you click on the required room, the "Room Details" screen will open. This screen is where you add all of the data related to that room, including;

• Room overview photos
• Room summary section
  
• Inventory - Item descriptions to include any condition elements
• Check Outs - Dilapidations
• Item photographs
• Details of any Smoke alarms/CO alarms/Other Fire safety Equipment/Soft furnishing fire labels that are located in that room
• Details from any Meters that are located in that room
• Details of any Keys that are located in that room
• Details of any Manuals that are located in that room

Make sure you scroll down the page to reach all parts of the room to input data.

The room you have opened and are working on will have a dark grey background to the room name along the room name bar at the top of the screen.

Once you have completed a room it will have a green background to the room name along the room name bar at the top of the screen
