In your selected Room, in the 'Room Summary Section'

• To enter room summary data, tap in the summary line area (for example if you wanted to add an item for 'Summary of Cleanliness' tap anywhere on this line area)
• Enter free text using the keyboard that appears

• Or tap in the field and choose one of the blue parameters at the top which will pre-populate the box.
