From your dashboard choose 'My Details'

Click on the 'Users' Tab at the top of the screen and click on 'Add User' buttont the top of the screen.

 Enter their details.  For [User Type] choose TYPIST

Select [Send Signup Link] which will send them a link to create a password

You can now select that typist when creating jobs.
