To copy data and photographs from one report to another you can do this via the 'Copy Report Data' facility
From the dashboard, select 'Jobs' . Select your Job from the list
Choose [Rooms] from the left side
You can then choose [Copy Rooms From Another Job]
You can search by postcode (defaults to the postcode you are currently viewing)
You can also search by 'Line 1' of the address and by 'Job Type', to narrow the results.
If the previous job was undertaken prior to 2023, it will be in KMS Version 1 so you need to tick the box 'Search in Kaptur V1 jobs'
You can then select fromthe list of results

At the bottom of the screen you willhave options to select what you want to copy - data and/or photos - by way of tick boxes
When done, slect [Save]
