To set up Fixflo for your client we will need two pieces of information from your clients Fixflo account (we can either find this information for them if they give us their account details or we can send them some information on how to get this information (it is a little tricky to find so may be best for us to find this).


Once set up KMS each time a dilapidation is recorded via Kaptur at a Check Out by you the clerk and the Job is at ‘Report Sent’ Status’ in KMS each of the items recorded as damage and dilapidation's will be available to view as individual small reports with photos within their Fixflo account under the heading ‘Issues’ ready for them to pass to a contractor.
