You can set your own email notification text from your KMS dashboard select ‘My Details’ and select from the tabs at the top of the screen ‘Email Text’ you can edit all email and text notifications from here.


The one to change for the clerk is ‘Default internal message for appointment booked’.

Your client will automatically receive email notifications but you can restrict which ones they receive.

Select ‘Client’ on your KMS dashboard and select the Client from the list, click ‘Edit’ at the bottom of the Client details screen and select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ from the Automatic Job Notifications from the bottom of the screen and click save
