In order to reduce the amount of storage within the Kaptur Management Suite i.e. data which is now obsolete as it has been superseded by more up to date information specifically inventory data which is coped forward and updated for each inventory related job. 


A storage management option  is now available.



From the Home dashboard and under the heading 'Operations' select 'Reports'. 


Within the 'Reports' screen select the tab at the top of the screen 'Storage Management'



Within the 'Storage Management' Screen a list of Clients will be displayed in order of storage usage with the highest at the top.




  • Clicking a client in the list will then present a list of properties for the client along with data usage for each (again, ordered highest usage at the top). 

  • Clicking a property will then present a list of jobs for the property along with data usage this time ordered by job appointment date. 

  • Alongside each job will be a checkbox and at the bottom will be a “Delete Images” button. Select the jobs where the photo data is to be deleted by ticking the checkbox. 




  • Clicking the delete button will delete the images for all selected jobs. 

  • The system will only allow you to delete photo data which is considered to be obsolete  i.e. as it has been superseded by more up to date information specifically inventory data which is coped forward and updated for each inventory related job.


A log will be added to the audit trail so this can be tracked.
