From the Home dashboard and under the heading 'Set Up' select 'Clients'
From the Tabs at the top of the screen select 'Pricing'
From the Tabs at the top of the screen select 'Optional Reports'
Click 'Edit' at the bottom of the screen
You will see display two columns next to each Job type;
Appointment Booked SLA - This is to set the Pending Jobs booking In time
Paperwork SLA - This is to set the Report sent time
