Set Up

My Details - This is where you can change your own buiness details under the 'Details' tab, set-up your clerks under the 'Users tab, change the preset email and text messages that appear on your notifications under the 'Email Text' tab


Prospects - This is the view for all new prospects/enquiries. Everyone you meet that is a potential client needs to go into the system here. This could be agents, landlords, property management companies etc. Don’t put anyone in who is a referrer or network contact, as the aim of this is to convert to a client.


Clients - Add new clients here and set-up their login details,  Add different Branches for the same Client, Add Job Addresses, Add new Client contacts and logins, View your clients Invoices, set-up your clients Service Level agreement, set-up Price lists and Report types


Contacts - View all your clients contacts here


Messages - See all HQ messages here for updates etc..


Operations

All Jobs - View all active jobs here


Add Job - Add a new Job here for one of your clients


Add Other - Add or view all personal/medical appointments and holiday leave


View Scheduler - At a glance view all Jobs/activities daily for yourself and clerks 


Finance

Invoices - View all clients active Invoices here


Price Lists - Add a new price list or amend an existing price list


Reports - Run a report from here for client and kaptur activity, You can also export to an Excel spreadsheet


Jobs - Dashboard which monitors both active and late reports

Pending (All) - All jobs that haven't yet been booked in, this can be linked to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for each client so to ensure that there are no late bookings. Click into this field name to see which jobs are pending.


Late Pending - All jobs that haven't yet been booked with the clerk. These jobs are linked to the clients 'Service Level Agreement' (SLA) and will be highlighted here if you have gone passed the SLA time agreed. Click into this field name to see which jobs have not been booked within the agreed timeframe.


Late Reports - All jobs that haven't yet been sent to the client. These jobs are linked to the clients 'Service Level Agreement' (SLA) and will be highlighted here if you have gone passed the SLA time agreed. Click into this field name to see which jobs are late.


Todays Jobs - Quantity of jobs that have been booked in for today's date. Click into this field name to see which jobs have been booked for today.


By Status - click into the field name of any of these status's to view jobs.
