The Schedule of Condition & Cleanliness Summary is essentially a snapshot of the overall property’s condition and cleanliness (see cleanliness parameters and use these this section to describe both condition and cleanliness) this can be completed within the 'Report Editor'
From the Home dashboard and under the heading 'Operations' select 'All Jobs'
Select your Job from the list and from the Job Details screen select 'Report Editor' from the tabs at the top of the screen.
In the 'Report Editor' select 'Overview' from the left hand side of the screen, click 'Edit' on the right hand side.
The data is entered by free text field as applicable, simply answer the questions seen.
There is a Fire Safety Record here also for you to complete, the data is entered by free text field as applicable.
You can hide line items just by ticking the hide box at the end of each line whilst in edit mode
