Once you have uploaded the completed job from the device into KMS, quality checked it so it is ready to send to the client. You will need to upload this job to the library. This is completed by pressing the upload and send report button at the bottom of the report editor tab. Once the job has been saved into the library in KMS its is now ready to send to the client/tenant. This is done by going into the notifications tab and then send paperwork, you can then select the document you need to send and the recipient. If you need to send to someone who is not on the list then simply fill out  the manual add email on the right hand side of the screen, click send paperwork at the bottom of the screen and its as simple as that.
