When this message appears you have entered your Username or Password incorrectly at the time of login.


Please do the following if using an Android device


  • Log out of Kaptur by selecting the drop-down menu and selecting 'log out of Kaptur'
  • Re-enter your login details carefully, try not to use the predictive text as this can put a space on the end of words
  • Remember your login details are case sensitive


Please do the following if using an iOS device


  • Go to the settings section in the app this is located by pressing the four little bars in the top right hand corner
  • Press and hold down the white bar under username till delete appears and delete the user
  • Re-enter your login details carefully, try not to use the predictive text. 
  • Please enter live in the server
  • Remember your login details are case sensitive
